Gimlé is pronounced GIM-LAY. In Norse mythology, Gimlé (or Gimli) is a magnificent place with a golden roof inhabited by great and worthy individuals. The name is therefore a nod to the company's Nordic roots as well as utilising communications to create something special and empower companies, organisations and individuals.
It should be noted that Gimlé should not be confused with Gimlet: that would be a cocktail made from gin and lime juice...

The gold symbolizes the power, attractiveness and value of understanding and using communications well.
The circles represent the different audiences, cultures and communities in our society.
For us, Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship are not just trendy taglines. These are things that we live and breathe every day. We take personal responsibility by making choices which reduce our impact on the environment and use resources wisely.
We cycle to meetings - winter and summer - or take public transport. We also use video conferencing as much as possible - and turn down the heating by a few degrees - to reduce our carbon footprint. Furthermore, we always think several times whether we need things before making purchases.
We reuse, we reduce and we recycle. We know that we need to lead by example and that real change starts with each and everyone of us taking concrete steps. We are also vegan (well, some of us are...)
